My clients transformations?? I know you girls have seen all of these before, but the reason I am uploading them all together is to show/ tell you what I am all about? ? Okay - So ! I started off in a women's only personal training centre when I was 18 - this place had ALOT of rules " - you need train the women like this - you can't do this - no jumping - no running - no this - no that ... Can't cant can't cant can't " ARGH!! Couldn't stand it. So I started researching more into what GIRLS WANT and what girls CAN do about it. The more girls I talked to, the more words started reoccurring " leg gap, flat stomach, abs, small arms, toned all over, smaller upper thighs". I started making up all these exercises ( targeting those areas) on my own body to see if it would work, and it did☺?THEN I started MY OWN type of training on the first client you can see (in the top left picture)... and her results were amazing? ...and the story goes from there. Girls honestly, if you don't like the 'after' shots of the girls then DON'T follow me ( just being honest ?) I specialize in " bikini bodies" so that means - small arms, flat tummy, amazing core, leg gaps and toned all over!! If you want hardcore muscles - I'm sorry but that's not what I'm about?.??Don't forget...by buying people's advice or training programs, you are buying THEIR body. If you are asking for my advice, make sure you want to look like me- or one of my clients 'after' photos. ??biggest advice to you girls, LISTEN, train the same as, and follow ONLY the people that YOU want to look like??
