2. Wide grip pull down 3x15 superset with close grip row 3x15
3. T-bar row 3x15 superset with hyper extensions 3x20
4. Seated two arm lay pull 3x15 squeeze at the bottoms. *Followed by 30 min cardio session! *All workouts are weighted. *Use weight as long as you finish all reps!
