The Charakusa Valley, Karakoram Mountains, Pakistan - ringed by K6, K7 and a pantheon of incredible granite towers - it is a photographer's and alpine climber's paradise. This image was shot on my first international expedition that essentially launched my photography career. It was also from one of the first rolls of film I'd ever shot on an SLR. I still consider the Charakusa one of the most beautiful places I have ever been. #oldschool #lordoftherings @ザ・ノースフェイス @camp4collective
