Here's another plyo workout for you guys! Jumping squats for 20 quick and explosive reps then jumping lunges for 15 reps on each leg. Then incorporate both for a burnout. In the last clip I did a jump squat into a jump lunge then right back into a jump squat for 15 reps on each leg. Repeat all three exercises for three rounds with 60 seconds rest in between. #nicolemejia #plyometrics #powerhousenutrition #iampowerhouse #fitandthick
