Protein gingerbread biscuits ? 250g almond flour, 100g coconut oil (melted), 3 tsp ginger, 2 tsp cinnamon and a sprinkle of ground cloves, 1 egg, 2 scoops vanilla protein (I used @myprotein) and a couple of tablespoons of almond milk. Mix all the ingredients apart from the milk, then add as much or as little milk as is needed to create a good dough consistency. Knead the dough, and then leave to rest for about an hour in the fridge. Then roll to your desired thickness and cut out your biscuits.
