I’m in India for seven weeks of Ashtanga Yoga. Mysore Masala Dosa is a classic South Indian breakfast, a rice and dal flour pancake with a thin and crispy exterior and a soft interior; savory instead of sweet, filled with tasty, semi-spicy potato-onion stuffing (too bad you can't see it hidden in the center). The red sauce is called sambar and the white sauce is coconut chutney. Don’t ask me for a recipe--I’ve never made one but I love them in Mysore.
