#20daysofmovement day 19 - vasisthasana variation (side plank pose)

begin in downward-facing dog. lower hips and shift weight forward to come into plank pose. step feet together and press weight down through right hand and forearm. roll body to right, balancing on outer edge of right foot. stack left foot on top of right foot and keep legs straight. bend top knee and draw it toward chest. reach inside bent leg and grab big toe with first two fingers and thumb of top hand. inhale as you stretch your leg straight up toward ceiling.
