Here is your sneak peek of #WildYogis Yoga Challenge! Starts Aug 1, 2014. This challenge is not just about deepening your personal practice but expressing yourself through your practice? Most of our poses for this month are drawn from the animal kingdom. We will start and end the challenge with a wild card, meaning you get to choose for yourself what pose you would like to share and tell us why. Every Wednesday of the Challenge we are going to have #WildCardWednesday where you will do the same thing. So have fun and express yourself through your practice.
