Step back wide with the right leg.
Squeeze the front knee out as you lunge down, suck the belly button in & keep the bicep next to the ear.
Stand up, step the feet back together.
Continue your reps on the same leg.
Then change sides ?
If you don't have a bell you can always use a bottle of milk or backpack full of some heavy stuff! ?
