My waist is pretty non existent at the moment!??I don't let being tired or exhausted define me. It's how I handle these circumstances and over come them that defines me. This will be my 26th show in 3 years. For those of you who don't understand competing it takes more dedication and sacrifice then one can ever imagine. It is an everyday goal and challenge even down to every minute. People always ask me why I compete so much. I always say because it gives me a goal every single day. I love working hard and challenging myself everyday. I have just as much heart and love for this sport of bodybuilding then I did my very first show 3 years ago. I love seeing myself grow as a woman and becoming stronger and stronger each day. I focus on not being better than anyone else on stage because everyone looks so incredible and I have so much respect for anyone who steps on stage.? I always seek for self improvement and for that I grow as an individual. I use to focus on what everyone else was doing but found myself trying to be like them. But honestly I love ME and don't want to be anyone else.? Don't lose sight of your goals. Don't lose sight of yourself. Stay focused. Always rise above.??
