Cheat Meal :) Recipe: INGREDIENTS: ●1lb-Ribeye steak, thinly sliced ●1cup red bell peppers,1/4 inch rings ●1cup green bell peppers,1/4 inch rings ●1cup small brown onions,1/4 inch rings ●ghee butter,as needed I use @omgheebutter ● #FlavorGod Garlic,as needed ● #FlavorGod Spicy,as needed ● sea salt and black pepper,as needed DIRECTIONS: 1. In a sauté pan,melt 1tbs ghee butter on high heat.  2.Sauté onions for 1-2 minutes until slightly brown.Season lightly with sea salt, pepper, Everything Seasoning,and Spicy seasoning. Remove from pan and reserve in a plate. 3. Repeat step for red and green bell peppers. 4. Do not wipe out the pan. Add the sliced Ribeye and repeat step 2. 5. Prepare the Provolone Sauce. ■Provolone Cheese Sauce■ ● 1 tbs-gheebutter ● 1 tbs-cashew flour ● 2 cups -whole milk, heated ● 1 cup grated Provolone Cheese ● 1/4 cup grated-Parmesan cheese ● sea salt and black pepper, to taste 1. Melt ghee butter in medium saucepot over medium heat.  2. Whisk in cashew flour and cook 1 min.  3. Slowly whisk in the warm milk until mixture is thickened. About 4-5 minutes. 4. Remove mixture from heat and whisk in the Provolone and Parmesan cheese until combined.  5. Season to taste with salt and black pepper.  Prepare the rolls: * You may use rice paper, wonton, or paleo paper to wrap the elements into the rolls.  1. Place one piece of paper on a plate. 2. Add the elements as follows: One slice of Provolone Cheese 1 tbs red bell peppers 1 tbs green bell peppers 1 tbs onions 2 tbs ribeye slices 3. Roll the elements inside the paper as if you were preparing an appetizer sized burrito. 4. In a large sauté pan,melt 1tbs gheebutter on medium high heat. 5. Simply sear each roll on all sides until golden brown.  Plate with sweet&sour sauce and cheese sauce. Enioy!
