A: We welcome new followers each day with an Instagram Direct message that highlights what we’ve done on the platform, and asks for feedback in regards to what they’d like to see more or less. We’ve also utilized DMs to provide exclusive content, such as a private message from the author to the winners of one of our #MashReads contests, or to engage with followers we’d like to feature. ________________________________________ Q: You have joined Iconosquare on the 3rd of July 2012, you have been using it since. What’s the feature you like the most? A: Iconosquare’s statistical insights are invaluable to us. They’re how we gauge our progress on the platform. I love that you can see the rate of change over a long period of time in just a glance.
