I have gotten the question "do you actually eat #freshmealplan?" One too many times in the past few days. The answer is that I haven't been off of Fresh since the day I got on in January of this year. That's a total of 10 straight months eating their food 3 meals a day. I make my own breakfast and add my own snacks, but the bulk of my daily macro count and thus, my fuel comes from their services.
