In celebration of National Geographic Traveler magazine's 30th anniversary, photo editors Ben Fitch @benfitch and Tyler Metcalfe @tylermetcalfe were given the assignment to research vintage National Geographic photographs made in their home base of Washington, D.C and reframe the pictures in a modern context.
