There was a time in my life when I was more concerned with my likes on Instagram than with the status of my relationships or the longevity of my career. I took jobs I didn't feel comfortable with in an effort to gain recognition from people and success in places that I have come to realize, really meant nothing to me. Today, I do what feels right. I post what's in my head and my heart even if I know that I won't be getting a million likes on it. Today, I'm not afraid to be honest with myself and with others about what I want and need. I've reached a point in my life and career where I don't feel the need to show my body in every picture because that's not what I want to be solely defined by. At the end of the day I know who I am and what I'm capable of and its far more than I've accomplished thus far.
