I get so many requests from people to post pictures of typical meals that I eat so I thought I'd share my lunch with you today. This took me under 5mins to rustle up and tasted amazing, and if like me you're hooked on chocolate, bread, puddings and wine then it's essential to balance out your lifestyle by eating clean and healthy fresh food the majority of the time, and giving yourself a cheat day once a week to enjoy the treats that you love. To me food is everything, I have the biggest affair with food ever known to man, I can sit and eat three boxes of chocolates, pile my dinner plate higher than any man can imagine possible and eat an entire litre of ice cream after a day's worth of food. I have a bottomless pit for a stomach and ooh and ahh over every mouthful, every taste, texture and aroma. I've been a vegetarian for 23yrs now and enjoy high energy low fat food to stay healthy which I balance with the naughty stuff I can't live without on weekends! It's all about moderation and keeping the majority of your food well thought out and fuelling your body.
