In 2013, #Israel fortified its border fence, effectively halting the illegal immigration into the country. The African community there remains stuck in a legal limbo. But Rahel and her teammates keep running. “It is an outlet and it is a team and it’s a good resource for kids. It keeps them healthy. It keeps them off the streets. It gives them something to do,” said @tamirhasacellphone.
