This is the first time I have ever posted the picture on the left which was around 4 years ago at the age of 22.

My knowledge was very minimal, my diet wasn't great and my training structure was all over the place.

Over those four years I have put the work in and out the gym gaining what I know today. It was a lot of trail and error but that's what it's all about.

Some of the most successful people in the world have tried and failed so embrace that shit!
