This shirt is one item of my wardrobe that is priceless. I recently completed @beachbody #InsanityMax30 and in return earned this with my blood sweat and tears. I've also completed #Piyo #P90X #P90X3 #FocusT25 and trialled #BodyBeast. I was honoured to be invited to the UK headquarters to meet with the amazing Thomas and Laura in the Harpenden offices and share a shakeology whilst learning a valuable lesson in nutrition and supplementation. Throughout my childhood I hated sport and never took part because I was so badly bullied that I was scared of my own shadow. I lacked self confidence just as much as my lack of self belief. When I became a single parent to my two children my heart and hope of a happy future was broken into a million pieces. I began using #Beachbody because I wanted to lose weight after pregnancy by working out from home as I had no childcare available to commit to a regular gym routine. Thanks to Beachbody I was able to workout with their DVDs whilst my children joined in, cheered me on and fell asleep watching me from their blankets and warm milk on the sofa. I thought Beachbody would give me a flat stomach so that I could fit back into my skinny jeans and it certainly did that very quickly, but it gave me a whole lot more than I was ever expecting. It gave me belief in myself, self confidence and the ability to push my limits. I never thought I was capable of going above and beyond, hitting the wall and steaming on but the coaches Shaun, Tony and Chalene showed me how. My outlook, lifestyle and health is overflowing with positivity which I pass on to my children and you, my incredible followers. For somebody who never took part in sports, at the age of 27 I now enter #charity events to achieve my fitness goals whilst helping others. In June I'm cycling 37miles for disabled children and climbing a mountain for injured firefighters for which my goal is to raise £10,000. Speaking with the CEO Carl showed me how one person can make such an incredible difference to this world. I would like to thank Beachbody for opening my eyes, heart and mind to true health and happiness that will stay with me for the rest of my life.
