Add this finisher to the end of your leg workouts ? 10 jump squats, 10 second squat hold, 10 pulses at the bottom, 10 lunges and then 10 Curtsey lunge pulses on each side ... I swear to god your legs will burn like never before! They will probably refuse to function (mine almost gave way beneath me!). I always use this with my clients to burn out their legs at the end of a session!
