HIIT circuit ? Here's a clip from today's HIIT workout! You can see ➡️ Explosive star jumps ➡️ Plank jacks with butt kicks ➡️ Criss cross sumo squat jumps ? This was one of the last circuits of the day and my legs were starting to fail by this point. The last clip is to show you how much of a sweaty tired (bare faced) mess I was at the end of the session... Not very attractive but #keepingitreal ??
