Up early to prepare some meals for the day: @heckfooduk smoky paprika chicken sausages with lime and coriander rice, spinach and broccoli. Oats with @phdnutritionuk cherry bakewell whey protein and raspberries ??? Today I am out the house from 7am-9.30pm. It's days like this when I need to prepare my meals in advance otherwise I'll be grabbing the nearest processed convenience food when I'm on the go. I usually don't prep my snacks though - I will grab them during the day as and when I need them. They usually include chocolate at some point (I eat it literally every day...
