Here's my Skirt Steak over Rice with Balsamic Glazed Brussel Sprouts and Tomatoes. - INGREDIENTS: Skirt steak ?1 1/2 pounds skirt steak, trimmed ?#flavorgod PINK S&P or sea salt ?1 tbsp- #flavorgod seasoning ?2 teaspoons cooking oil Brussel sprouts ?2 cups- brussel sprouts (cut in 1/2 ?1/4 cup- balsamic vinegar ?1/4 cup - water ?1 tbsp- #flavorgod seasoning ?1 cup- mini tomatoes - DIRECTIONS: 1.Season the skirt steak with #flavorgod salt and pepper ( or sea salt ) on both sides. Heat a skillet or grill pan over high heat. When hot, swirl in the cooking oil. Add the skirt steak to the pan and sear for 2-3 minutes each side. If the skirt steak is thin (about 1/2 inch thick), it should be medium-rare at this point. 2.Let the meat rest for 4 minutes in a tin foil tent, before slicing. This will braise the steak in it's juices in the tin foil. Add #flavorgod seasoning onto the steak at this point. 3.Cover. After 4 minutes, take out of tin foil and Slice the skirt steak across the grain into very thin ribbons. - Directions: Brussel Sprouts: ?Measure out 1/2 cup water and set aside. ?Add 1 tablespoons of oil to a already preheated pan. ?Over medium-high heat heat oil till it simmers. Now arrange the sprouts cut-side down in a single layer to pan. ?Cook until nicely browned, 2 to 3 minutes. ?Add the water to the pan, cover and simmer until the sprouts are tender(about 3 minutes. ?Remove sprouts from pan ?Return the pan to medium-high heat. ?Add the vinegar and #flavorgod seasoning and boil the vinegar until lightly syrupy and reduced to about 2 tablespoons, about 2 minutes. ?Reduce the heat to low, add the sprouts back to pan along with tomatoes and Season with #flavorgod.
