Here's my PORK CHOP STIR FRY - This recipe works well with chicken, beef and pork. - Pork Chop Stir Fry with Chinese Broccoli over rice. - This dish takes only minutes to make. ?Ingredients? ?1 lb pork chops or shoulder meat, boneless,and sliced into 1 inch cubes ?1 bunch,Chinese Broccoli,cleaned,hard stems removed, leaves torn ?1 tbs fresh -garlic, minced ? 1 tbs fresh -ginger,minced ? 1 tbs fresh -scallions,sliced into thin rounds ?sea salt /to taste ?2 tablespoons-Coconut Aminos, or soy sauce ?2-3 tablespoons -ghee butter @omgheebutter ?#FlavorGod Everything seasoning, as needed ?#FlavorGod Garlic seasoning,as needed - ?Directions? ?1. Cook steamed rice as desired. ?2. In the last 10 minutes before the rice is done, heat a wok or sauté pan on high heat for 1 minute. ?3. Add 1 tbs ghee butter and melt it over bottom of pan. ?4. Add Chinese Broccoli leaves. Stir fry for 3 min. Add 2 tbs of coconut aminos and 1/4 tsp of #flavorgod garlic. Stir fry for 1 min and reserve in a bowl. ?5. Clean pan and return it to high heat for 1 minute. ?6. Season pork cubes by sprinkling lightly with sea salt, #flavorgod garlic and Everything Seasoning. ?7. Melt 1 tbs ghee butter in the pan and let pan get hot.Add pork to pan and stir fry for 1 minute. Add minced garlic, ginger, and scallions to the pan and stir fry for 4-5 minutes or until pork is browned and internal temperature is 165 degrees. ????** for added heat to the stir fry, add sliced red jalapeños.
