ROASTED WHOLE CAULIFLOWER WITH LEMON AND TAHINI - Perfect for a family meal. So easy! - I had this at a restaurant and tried to re create it. I got really close, maybe even better, So good! - Ingredients: ?1 large cauliflower, whole,washed ?2-3 tbsp. - extra virgin olive oil ?#flavorgod S&P ( or sea salt) ?1 tbsp- #flavorgod seasoning ( any flavor) - Lemon tahini sauce: ?1/2 cup tahini (sesame seed paste) ?2/3 cup fresh lemon juice ?1/2 cup water ?6 large garlic cloves, peeled, coarsely chopped ?1ts - #flavorgod Pink S&P - Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cut bottom of the stalk so cauliflower sits flat on baking sheet. Add 1 tablespoon of sea salt to large deep pot of boiling water on high heat. 2.Submerge cauliflower and boil for approximately 9 minutes. 3.Remove cauliflower from water, drain and place on rimmed baking sheet stalk-side-down to cool for 3 minutes. Pour oil on top of cauliflower and use clean hands to rub oil over entire surface. 4.Sprinkle on 2 pinches of #flavorgod pink S&P or (sea salt). 5.Roast approximately 25-30 minutes, turning as needed for even roasting. If additional browning is needed turn on broiler and broil until nicely browned (watch carefully or it may burn). 6.Prepare lemon tahini sauce: Combine all sauce ingredients together and whisk till blended well. - Assembly Let cauliflower cool for 5 minutes than: ?Pour sauce on top of cauliflower and garnish with micro greens and pumpkin seeds.
