Leg and booty sculpting ? This exercise BURNS! Grab a kettlebell and hold it close to your chest, place your feet wide apart with toes pointing forward. Lower down into a squat and then slowly slide side to side shifting your weight through alternating side lunges. Stay low. Keep your core engaged, back straight and push through your heels. Try doing 12 slow controlled reps each direction. Let me know how you get along!
