The tradition of yoga is passed on from teacher to student. As a student I treasure each moment spent in the blessing of my teacher's presence, I want to soak it all up. As a teacher I rejoice in the honor and responsibility that comes from sharing the intimate moments of breakthroughs, deep backbends and personal epiphanies. The awesome student that I'm helping here is @meliniseri and if look behind her you'll see @seanphelpslife too. I'm so humbled that they along with everyone in the course are spending these two weeks together with me and @timfeldmannyoga immersed in the Ashtanga Yoga method. Thank you ?
