#PracticePracticePractice Day 9. Are you practicing every day so far this year? There is an inner strength that can only be accessed through the emptiness in the pelvis. It is a strength beyond arm muscles. The power center in your pelvis is known as mula bandha and it is key for movements like thus from the Primary Series. To turn the hips you will need to grab hold of your center of gravity and slowly turn your body. If you try to turn your body with your arms you will almost always fall over to the side. But if you think of the hips as the steering wheel of the body you'll find your strength and direction with your reach. Dig down into the inner body and unlock the keys to inner strength. ?
