#PracticePracticePractice Day 22. My view this morning on the way to practice. No edit, no filter. A pure blessing. The sunrise, like the voice of an angel singing the music of heaven, lifts the spirit into hope, the promise of a new day, freedom and goodness. But sometimes truly it doesn't matter where you practice as long as you get on your mat everyday. I've practiced in hotel bathrooms, in airports, in apartment entryways, in yoga shalas around the world, in my yoga room at home, and every mixture of spaces between in rooms with too little space or much space, places too hot and humid and places too cold and dry. The real view is within, listen for that quiet voice of wisdom that yearns to speak to, that truthfully is speaking to you right now, like a beacon leading you home. Surrender, say yes, and follow the lighthouse that back to the truth of who you really are. Be free. Be yourself. Be a yogi. ?
