#MonthofMeditation Day 15. Cultivate a calm and equanimous mind. Only the steady, single-pointed mind can perceive the depth of who you truly are. With a humble heart and a tenacious spirit you will discover the infinite beauty of the inner world. Be strong enough to see all the way through and reveal the purity of your inner being. Your true home is in the spirit. Yoga is about removing all obstacles that obstruct your clear sight of the true self within. Judgment, gossip, self/directed negativity, anger, anxiety, bitterness, resentment, jealousy, pride, harsh words, mean-spiritedness, narcissism, selfishness. These are just some of the poisons that can make you spiritually sick. Be brave enough to admit you have them, and then be strong enough to surrender them all into the inner fire of purification. Make peace with yourself and you make peace with your whole world. ?
