One week out of hospital today and back to working out. I've had far too much food and not enough exercise to balance my lifestyle but now that I've been given the all clear I'm ready to give it my all. My darling 3yr old son Gabriele told me that I should be careful when doing my pull ups because I might fall, so I reassured him that I wasn't very high off of the ground and would be OK. He still insisted on holding his hand out to catch me just incase I fell and then counted every pull up out loud to motivate me to see it through with a kiss waiting for me when I finished. This is what makes life so wonderful, such kindness, compassion and love. All of the money in the world cannot buy what I feel right now and what this picture shows.
