Cable moves today! Try this superset to get a crazy burn in your butt and shoulders! I call the first exercise "Spider Monkeys Attack!" ? 20 reps of those guys! And the second exercise walk back 5 steps do 5-10 squat/high row then repeat twice to equal 1 round. Try 3-4 rounds! It's gonna be awesome!
