Dumbbell circuit for the weekend!
exercise 1: renegades with a push-up! Keep you're core tight and drop to your knees if you need to for the push up! 12 reps for each arm!
Exercise 2: Dumbbells squat to alternating lunges with overhead press! 10 lunges on each side!
exercise 3: half burpee to squat hold curl! 20 reps!
do 3 rounds and check out snapchat for the crazy circuit we did today!
