I had such an amazing workout this morning I actually feel like I'm so full of light that I'm going to explode ?????? how incredible it is when you pay your body the time and attention it deserves! Through fitness I have improved my strength incredibly, my endurance is through the roof and everything I touch feels effortless to how I've always experienced it before. My reactions are quicker, my movements easier and I no longer struggle or strain to lift shopping, pick up the children or handle obstacles that cross my path. I'm overflowing with positivity so much that I doubt wether gravity will be able to hold me down much longer.
