So a lot of you have noticed and kindly reminded me that its #nopantyday today and therefore here is my humble offering to celebrate this occasion. As you're possibly already aware I'm a fan of nature and have no problem spending my time unclothed day to day. It's not for sexual gratification, attention or my ego as believe me my body is very flawed after having two children and nobody can see me in the comfort of my own home anyway! I have made peace with my skin and I don't see clothes as a necessity when relaxing. The human body shouldn't be taboo because that's where problems start, when you make something that is ordinary suddenly dirty, embarrassing or forbidden it can transform a harmless concept from something very innocent to underhand in the blink of an eye. As a child I splashed naked on the beach, ran around in the garden with not a stitch on and bathed with my family so why should this change now that I'm an adult? Why should I become ashamed of what was once so celebrated - the freedom and liberation to be myself. Being yourself has nothing to do with pleasing or offending anybody else, never apologise for that.
