It wouldn't be #Thursday without a #throwback pic now would it and it's taken a lot for me to post this because looking back to such a painful time in my life when I was badly #bullied is hard for me but I think it's important to show you where I came from so that you can see that anything in life is possible and if you're going through #toughtimes or #loneliness right now then it will get better so long as you have #faith in yourself. This is me as a #child and as you can see I was never going to be a popular kid at school. Where do I begin? I was scrawny, lanky and taller than all of the other girls, my teeth were huge and overcrowded so I had to have it treated with a retainer that I had to remove to eat, I spoke with a #lisp, had no #fashion sense at all, always had a red face because of my #rosacea, the kink in the front of my hair meant I could never have a fringe to hide my big forehead and my feet were huge so I never wore dainty or delicate girly shoes. I lived in baggy clothes and tried my best to not draw attention to myself but the bullies still noticed me and I was an easy target my whole life. Nobody wanted to date me, sit with me or be seen with me and I had just a few best friends for which none of us were socially accepted but do you know what? They were true friends and I still love them to bits all of these years on because they never judged me for how I looked, they saw what was inside of me. And now I'm proud to say that I have 1.6million friends who fill my life with sunshine, love and enthusiasm and I am so grateful to have found you all. Sometimes life serves you lemons and it's something we have to just take and deal with and it makes us all the more stronger. Because I suffered so badly with #bullying my parents bought me a #kitten which I named 'Lucky' because I felt so lucky to have met somebody who was always so happy to see me. At 6 months old she was hit by a car outside my house when I was at the shop buying her treats with my pocket money and it broke my heart, she was my best furry friend and I never got to say goodbye. I was lucky to have her for a short time, the glass is never half empty, there's always somebody worse off ??
