Bad Ass Bench Work ????? It's Sunday so get out side and move! Here's a great circuit to try on a bench!
Exercise 1: 40 seconds on each side with 20 seconds rest between
Exercise 2: 10 reps
Exercise 3: 40 seconds alternating squat jump circles Exercise 4: 20 dips (10 leg raises each side)
Exercise 5: 40 seconds alternating step ups
5 rounds!
