3 Hanging Leg Lift variations ??
Part 2 - Tuck Leg Lifts with Straight Leg Lower (intermediate) this will really start to test your core endurance and technique. As you get better at this exercise straighten your legs at a higher position and lower SLOWLY (count 6 slow seconds⏰)
TIPS
?? If you can't straighten both legs when first starting this exercise, straighten only 1 leg and keep the other bent then alternate each rep.
?? Focus on contracting your abs (round your lower back) when lowering to avoid over activating lower back muscles and hip flexors.
?? Always stretch your hip flexors at the end of this workout to avoid developing lower back pain.
