3 Hanging Leg Lift variations ??
Part 3 - Straight Leg Lifts (advanced) this exercise challenges not only your core and hip flexors but also your shoulders and lats. Start with lifting as high as you can and work your way to getting your toes to bar.
TIPS
?? If you have limited hamstring flexibility you can bend your knees slightly (but work on your stretching because flexibility makes this easier!)
?? As you lift your legs, think about pushing your shoulders back behind you (pull shoulders away from your ears) this will create better space in front of you to lift your legs.
?? Always stretch your hip flexors at the end of this workout to avoid developing lower back pain.
