My face when I eat anything salted caramel flavour ? Anyone else? Just me? Thought so ? As part of the #Perfect12Days challenge I'm making sure I keep myself happy by having little indulgences. Today I had an @aussiebodiesuk salted caramel bar which I microwaved for 20 seconds so it was all melty and gooey. It tasted like a piece of heaven. ? How're you guys doing with the challenge? I haven't had chance to train today but I've done a fair bit of walking.
