Full Body Gym Workout ?? Today I headed to Hammerhead Gym in Seminyak, Bali to smash out a weights session. As I'm not lifting regularly when I travel, lots of my sessions are full body. Today I focused on heavy compound lifts. I did 1️⃣ Squats 2️⃣ Push Press 3️⃣ Sumo Deadlifts 4️⃣ Pull ups ?? For the squats, push press and deadlifts I did 5 sets getting progressively heavier weights and lower reps with each set. I worked up to about 5-6 reps. For pull ups I did 5 sets to failure which for me was 5, 4, 4, 3 and 3 reps ?? By the end of the session I was destroyed and ready to eat a food mountain! ?
