For everybody asking what surgery I've just had it's a #labiaplasty and as a 29yr old woman I didn't know that I was any different to anyone else, that I didn't have to live in pain and discomfort everyday until now. I'm not embarrassed to share my surgical journey here with the world but I'm more shocked that in 2016 it's still taboo to speak about the things that hurt us for fear of what others may think. It shouldn't hurt you to ride a bike, to have intercourse or wear underwear and tight clothing. I wish the world was more open and honest so that I could have saved myself decades of suffering in silence if I'd have know there was a treatment for this sooner.
