Good morning my darlings, day one of recovery and I'm off of my pain killers. I have a high pain threshold anyway and prefer to know how my body is feeling and if I'm doing any damage or overdoing things. I'm feeling pretty great in myself, my stitches should dissolve in around 10days and then I can get back to the gym. My life revolves around looking after my two children, working out and being active so to be trapped in bed is totally against my grain, but it means that I can get a load of work done on my laptop so maybe it's just the R&R that I needed!
