#transformationtuesday 2 week check in after getting back to stricly tracking macros. Doing some carb cycling this time around and really liking it. Not much change in weight (~0.5kg difference) but an inch down in the waist - and my quads and delts (holy ish my shoulders are finally growing) have gained muscle mass. Making slow & steady progress - feeling great in training! ?
