Smiles and quad sweeps checking in! ?(Keep reading for clarification ??) But let it be known that these smiles are independent of quad sweeps haha! For my whole life, looking good on the outside never dictated how happy I was. While there may be a level of confidence we experience from liking our shape, confining your happiness to something that fluctuates every single day isn’t grounding enough. Your time is far better off spent working for  nurturing cause and purpose. To know that you strive for sound intentions brings enough confidence in of itself.  Whether that be in weight training or not, find a passion that brings out the best in you. ?

Quad sweeps and strong glutes are only a side effect to my vocation.
