Failure... it IS an option ? Sure I post videos of me smashing out pull ups and deadlifts, but there are a lot of failed attempts which never make it to the internet! Today I was practicing ring pull-ups with @thestrengthtemple and by the third set my arms were destroyed! As you can see right here I couldn't even complete a single rep ? And you know what, that's a good thing! It means I am pushing my body out of its comfort zone. I'm challenging it and taking it to its limits. And that's were progress is made.
