Just one of the many narrow ambling streets lined with meandering white fences and brick chimneyed houses - it's also the idyllic setting for the workshop I'm hosting with @sarah.waldman this May 19-21. In the land amid the streams, we will we explore the local food and cultural landscape of Marthas Vineyard and focus on the art of the photographic narrative and the composition of the lifestyle photograph. There will be plenty of photo-rich opportunity as we visit cheesemakers, wander the grounds of a flower farm, make our own arrangements, stop off at the local General Store and farm stands around the island as well as an evening with a local James Beard award winning cookbook author, chef and resident farmer Chris Fischer. We will spend time with members of the @ediblevineyard team, Nevette of @farmfieldseamv @lizcecil photographer and Bon Appetite contributor.
