Nature is full of surprises! Here on the 10,000-ft high summit of Haleakala on Maui, #Hawaii, near sunset two atmospheric phenomena known as the glory (or Brocken Spectre) and fogbow, form by fog, low angle sunlight, and my own shadow. Being a science photographer I have captured them many times in the past but not as clear as this occasion.
