HOW TO MAKE THICK CREAMY SMOOTHIES ??? I get asked all the time how I achieve this texture with my protein smoothies. There are a few key components: 1️⃣ Use a whole FROZEN banana. This is essential. 2️⃣ Use LOTS of ice. 3️⃣ Don't add much milk. Less than you think! ✅ You will need to stop the blender as you make it to shake it up and ensure everything is blended. It takes a little extra time but it's worth it. ? This particular smoothie is made from: 1 scoop @vivolife salted caramel protein, 1 frozen banana, 3 large frozen strawberries, a dash of oat milk and lots of ice ??
