Cape Sada lies at the end of Japan’s longest peninsula, on the very western edge of Shikoku. The chalk-white lighthouse overlooks the Hoyo Strait and the Uwa Sea, while Shikoku’s westernmost island, Mikago Island, lies just off the cape. It’s connected to the mainland by a facility that once served the fishing industry, so you can simply walk across.
